Image Processing
We process your uploaded tattoo image in memory and send it to our AI provider for the requested analysis. Before You Ink does not save the original image in its cloud storage. Provider processing is covered by the provider's own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No tracking across websites.
Data Collection
Browsing does not require an account. Running an analysis requires sign-in; we store account identifiers, credit and payment records, usage history, and information you send to support. Completed analysis responses have a temporary 24-hour retry cache that is scheduled for cleanup after expiry; this is separate from account and billing records. Save analysis text you want to keep. You can request account or data deletion using the contact address below.
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for CDN and security, and OpenRouter for AI processing. Each has their own privacy policy. No user images are shared with third parties beyond the AI processing step.
